Yamaha Portable Outboards

The Yamaha F25 is the largest of Yamaha's Portable outboards (2.5 to 25 hp). Its 432 cc engine is 25 percent lighter than the previous design, about 126 pounds with a 15-inch shaft, and it has battery-less fuel injection even on pull-start models, plus automatic decompression so it takes less effort to pull. It comes in 15-inch and 20-inch shafts, a High Thrust T25 version, a 16-amp alternator, and Yamaha gray, pearlescent white or matte brown.
